How do I rearrange category groups?

How to rearrange category groups:

1. Login using an account that has Administrator privileges.
2. Click your screen name in the upper right of the page, then click the Site Manager menu.
3. Click the Categories link in the left sidebar of the "Site Manager".
4. In the resulting page, click the Rearrange Category Groups link.
5. In the resulting page, drag and drop the category groups into the order you want, then click the Save button.
