Here are the steps to create an "Idea Challenge":

1. Login using an account that has Administrator privileges.
2. Click your screen name in the upper right of the page, then click the Site Manager menu.
3. Click the Manage Challenges link in the left sidebar of the "Site Manager".
4. In the resulting page, click the Add Challenge link at the top of the page.
5. Then complete the "Add Challenge" form:
   1. "Enter the challenge question"

   2. "Enter a detailed description"
   3. "Select a category" - Choose a category for this "Idea Challenge"
   4. "Add attachments" - Add any applicable attachements for your "Idea Challenge"
   5. "Select a category" - Select the start and end dates for your "Idea Challenge".
   6. "Notify users of this challenge" - Choose whether users are notified before, and during your "Idea Challenge".
6. Click the "Add Challenge" button to create your "Idea Challenge"!
