To change the "Privacy Policy" for your idea site:
- Login using an account that has Administrator privileges.
- Click your screen name in the upper right of the page, then click the Site Manager menu.
- Click the Idea Site Info link in the left sidebar of the "Site Manager".
- In the resulting page, in the “Privacy Policy” section, click the "Use custom Privacy Policy" radio button.
- Click the Browse button, locate the PDF or HTML file that you want to use for your "Privacy Policy", then click Open. The file will be uploaded and validated.
- You can click the "View" link next to the uploaded file to confirm that it is the correct file.
- Click the "Force users to accept at next login" checkbox if you want users to accept the "Privacy Policy" at their next login.
- Click the Save button to show the new "Privacy Policy" in the footer of your idea site pages.
Notes:
- The "Privacy Policy" that is displayed in the footer of the "Site Manager" pages is not changed when you "Use custom Privacy Policy".
- Click the “Visit Idea Site” link at the top of the page to view the changes to your idea site.
